A. Revocation Information
Introduction
Consumers have a right of revocation under the following conditions. A “consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed business related:
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good.

) by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the enclosed sample revocation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication of your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to revoke this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who at the time of concluding the contract are not residents of any Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address lie outside the European Union at that time.
General Information
Please avoid damage or soiling of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.
Please do not send the goods back to us postage due.
Please note that the above items 1-2 are not prerequisites for the lawful exercise of the right of revocation.
